- Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a minimum advance payment (as specified during package selection). The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date.
- Package Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions are limited to the items mentioned in each itinerary (accommodation, meals as specified, private transfers, permits, guided tours). Exclusions include personal expenses, optional activities, flights, travel insurance, and anything not clearly listed.
- Accommodation & Vehicle Allocation
Hotels/guesthouses/camps will be provided as per availability. Equivalent or better alternatives may be arranged if the listed properties are unavailable. Vehicle type (SUV/Tempo Traveller) is allocated based on group size.
- Route, Itinerary & Weather Conditions
All itineraries are subject to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, and local operational limitations. Changes may occur for guest safety, including alteration of routes (especially in Ladakh, Spiti & high-altitude areas).
- Permits & Travel Regulations
Mandatory permits (Inner Line Permit, Protected Area Permit, wildlife or entry fees) will be arranged as part of the package wherever mentioned. Approval is subject to government norms and cannot be guaranteed in case of regulatory restrictions.
- Health, Fitness & High Altitude Travel
Guests must ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude destinations like Ladakh and Spiti. Any medical expenses due to altitude sickness, illness, or emergencies are borne by the guest.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as per company policy based on the number of days before departure:
- 30+ days: 25% cancellation fee
- 15–29 days: 70% cancellation fee
- Within 14 days: 100% cancellation fee
No refunds for unused services or last-minute changes caused by weather or operational issues.
- Safety & Liability
Explorers Heaven is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of belongings due to natural disasters, roadblocks, political disturbances, or third-party service providers.
- Behavior & Conduct
Guests are expected to respect local culture, environment, and property. Any damages caused to hotels, vehicles, or camps will be billed directly to the guest.
