Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment All bookings require an advance payment to secure the reservation. This advance is non-refundable under normal circumstances unless stated otherwise in the package details.
Cancellation by the Traveler Refunds for cancellations made by the traveler will be processed as per the cancellation timeline:
30+ days before departure: 75% refund
15–29 days before departure: 30% refund
Within 14 days of departure: No refund
Cancellation by the Company In case the company must cancel a trip due to unavoidable reasons (weather, government restrictions, natural calamities), the traveler will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
No Refund for Unused Services No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour package, including meals, accommodation, transportation, or activities missed due to personal reasons.
Last-Minute Weather or Road Closures High-altitude regions like Ladakh & Spiti are subject to sudden weather changes. If the itinerary is changed or a destination becomes inaccessible due to weather or road blocks, refunds will not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be provided wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Charges Permit fees, hotel reservations, transportation charges, and other third-party service costs already paid by the company are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment after deduction of applicable cancellation or service charges.
Rescheduling Policy Guests may request date changes depending on availability. Rescheduling within 10 days of departure may result in additional charges or may not be possible during peak season.
Force Majeure Conditions The company is not liable to offer refunds for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, landslides, political unrest, accidents, or any situation beyond the company’s control.
